Due to Covid restrictions, the traditional Sports and Family Day could not go ahead. However, each year were able to hold their own Sports Day without their parents in attendance.
The President of the Union, Stephen Mullin attended the 6th Years' Sports Day and congratulated all students for taking part in the true spirit of Blackrock, awards were given out to the many talented sportsmen of the year but the much-coveted Sports Star of the Year went to elite sailor, Jamie McMahon.
