The Union is saddened to learn of the loss of Colin Holohan

Colin Holohan of Clarinda Park, Dun Laoghaire, died peacefully in the wonderful care of Blackrock Hospice on 4th August 2025 following a long illness fought with determination and optimism. Colin (also late of Macclesfield, and Wakehurst Road, London), son of the late Charlie and Alice, loving father of Ruairi and Dara, grandfather to Naoishe and Leah, sadly missed by brothers John, Stewart (RIP) and Bill; and sisters Mary, Valerie and Alice (RIP). Remembered fondly by his niece Ali, nephews Timothy, Simon, and Stewart, extended family, and many friends at home, and in London and Macclesfield. Lamented by his friends in the property business, Blackrock College schoolmates, his clubmates in Donore Harriers, and the motorsport, F1, and classic car community.
