The Union is saddened to learn of the loss of James Flannery

FLANNERY, James Edward, Foxrock, Co. Dublin. Our beautiful boy who passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on 23rd January 2025, to the inexplicable grief of his loving family who utterly adored him.

He will be forever missed for the light, the love and the laughter he brought to all our lives and will always be especially remembered for his beautiful smile by his parents John and Orlaith, sisters Anna, Caroline and Rachael, brother-in-law Aaron and Rachael’s partner John, grandparents Eamon (predeceased) and Anne (née Donoghue), Poppa Jim and Mags. His many aunts, uncles and cousins whom he adored and was adored by.

James had a wide circle of friends encompassing his buddies from Blackrock College and Shannon College of Hotel Management.
