At the heart of any communication strategy is a story. Finding the story, agreeing the story, developing the story, telling the story – it's an art. The Art of the Story. In the story are the important things – the things that people need to know, in order to know what to do. There are four ways of telling a story – visually, verbally, written down or face-to-face. Our way of doing things takes all of this into account. We're good at storytelling and it is central to everything we do.
